Metamizol při léčbě bolesti coxarthrosis - kazuistika

SOUHRN

Metamizol je neopioidní analgetikum s velmi dobrým analgetickým účinkem. Je vhodným lékem jak pro monoterapii, tak do kombinace s jinými skupinami analgetik. Kazuistika popisuje pacientku s coxartrosis před plánovanou totální endoprotézou, s vředovou chorobou gastroduodena v anamnéze. Nesteroidní antiflogistika jsou indikována, opioidní medikace je špatně tolerována. Metamizol prokázal velmi dobrý analgetický účinek a výbornou snášenlivost.

SUMMARY

Metamizol is a non-opioid analgesic with very good analgesic effect. It is a suitable /right drug for both monotherapy and in combination with other groups of analgesic. The case study describes the patient with coxarthrosis before a planned total endoprosthesis. The patient with peptic ulcer disease with history of gastroduodenal disease. Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs are indicated; opioid medication is badly tolerated. Metamizol demonstrated a very good analgesic effect and excellent tolerability.
