Ritlecitinib v léčbě závažné alopecia areata – kazuistika

SOUHRN

Kazuistika prezentuje případ 56Leté pacientky se závažnou formou alopecia areata nereagující na terapii lokálními ani celkovými kortikosteroidy. U pacientky byla proto zahájena terapie inhibitorem Janusovy kinázy 3 a tyrosinové proteinkinázy (tyrosine proteinkinase) (inhibitor JAK3/TEC) ritLecitinibem. Je zde stručně popsána monitorace pacientky v průběhu terapie i před jejím zahájením. Pacientka pro výborný účinek této terapie nadále ritlecitinib užívá.

SUMMARY

This presented case report describes a case of 56 years old female patient with severe form of alopecia areata which is not responding to therapy with local or systemic corticosteroids. Therefore, the therapy with Janus kinase 3 / tyrosine kinase inhibitor (JAK3/TEC inhibitor) - ritlecitinib was started in this patient. There is briefly described the monitoring process during the therapy and even before starting the therapy. Because of its excellent effect the patient is continuing using this treatment.
