SOUHRN

Fixní kombinace antihypertenziv jsou moderním směrem s cílem snížit kardiovaskulární riziko pacientů s ischemickou chorobou srdeční. Použití fixních kombinací zvyšuje adherenci pacientů k léčbě. Výběr správné kombinace pak zvyšuje naději na úspěšnou sekundární prevenci. Kromě antihypertenziv je výhodné i použití fixní kombinace antihypertenziv se statiny.

SUMMARY

Fixed-dose combination of antihypertensive drugs is a modern approach to reduce cardiovascular risk of the patients with ischemic heart disease. The use of fixed-dose combination of drugs increases the patients' adherence to the therapy. The choice of the right combination increases the hope for successful secondary prevention. Except of antihypertensive drugs, the use fixed-dose combination of antihypertensive drugs with statins may be of benefit.
