Fixní kombinace v léčbě arteriální hypertenze

SOUHRN

Současným trendem v léčbě arteriální hypertenze je používání fixních kombinačních přípravků. Mezi hlavní přednosti patří lepší antihypertenzní efekt při použití nízkých dávek, výhodná interakce kombinovaných léků a nepochybně zlepšení compliance pacienta k léčbě. Nadále však musíme léčbu individualizovat s ohledem na věk, pohlaví, kardiovaskulární riziko a přidružené nemoci. Tento článek zahrnuje aktualizované poznatky o fixní kombinační léčbě hypertenze s ohledem na doporučení pro léčbu hypertenze České společnosti pro hypertenzi a Evropské společnosti pro hypertenzi.

SUMMARY

The current trend in the treatment of arterial hypertension is the use of fixed combination drugs. The main advantages is a better antihypertensive effect at lower doses, the advantageous interaction of the combined drugs and undoubtedly the improvement of the patienťs compliance with the treatment. However, we still need to individualize treatment regarding age, gender, cardiovascular risk, and associated diseases. This article includes updated knowledge in the fixed combination treatment of hypertension with regard to the recommendations for the treatment of hypertension of the Czech Society for Hypertension and European Society for Hypertension.
