SOUHRN

Fixní kombinační terapie zlepšuje v klinické praxi adherenci pacienta k léčbě a tím i kompenzaci krevního tlaku. Dlouhodobě nedostatečně kompenzovaná arteriální hypertenze vede k subklinickému orgánovému poškození (hypertenzí způsobené orgánové poškození, hypertension-mediated organ damage, HMOD). Kasuistika popisuje účinek fixní trojkombinace antihypertenziv na zlepšení adherence pacienta k terapii a zlepšení parametrů HMOD.

SUMMARY

Fixed combination therapy improves the patient's adherence to treatment and blood pressure compensation. Poorly controlled arterial hypertension can be asymptomatic in the long term and can cause subclinical organ damage (hypertension mediated organ damage, HMOD). The case report describes the effect of a fixed triple combination of antihypertensive drugs to improve patient adherence and parameters of HMOD.
