SOUHRN

V léčbě řady plicních chorob, které jsou spojeny s bronchiální obstrukcí, je podstatné kromě vyhodnocení symptomů pacienta a klinického nálezu nastavení optimální inhalační léčby. Zde kromě zvolené medikace hraje velmi podstatnou roli i výběr správného inhalačního systému. Pro pacienta je důležité zvládnutí plně vyhovující inhalační techniky. Nespornou výhodou inhalačně podané léčby je rychlý a cílený transport léku do bronchiálního stromu. Terapeutické ovlivnění bronchiální obstrukce včetně periferních dýchacích cest je důležité pro kontrolu chronického onemocnění, prevenci závažných exacerbací, zlepšení symptomů a kvality života pacienta.

SUMMARY

In the treatment of a number of lung diseases that are associated with bronchial obstruction, in addition to the evaluation of the patienťs symptoms and the clinical findings, the setting of optimal inhalation therapy is essential. Here, in addition to the chosen medication, the selection of the right inhalation system also plays a very important role. It is important for the patient to master a fully compliant inhalation technique. The undeniable advantage of inhaled treatment is the rapid and targeted transport of the drug into the bronchial tree. Therapeutic effects on bronchial obstruction, including peripheral airways, are important for the control of chronic disease, the prevention of severe exacerbations, and the improvement of symptoms and quality of life of the patient.
