Jak zlepšit compliance u hypertoniků: fixní kombinace v léčbě hypertenze

SOUHRN

Kardiovaskulární onemocnění představují nejčastější příčinu úmrtí v České republice a arteriální hypertenze k ní významně přispívá. Cílových hodnot přes naše snahy dosahuje stále nízké procento hypertoniků. Účinnost léčby výrazně ovlivňuje compliance pacienta. Ze strany lékaře se poté jedná o využívání současných přístupů v léčbě podle doporučení odborných společností. Fixní kombinace v léčbě hypertenze jsou moderní metodou léčby takřka ve všech stadiích arteriální hypertenze. Užívání fixní kombinace v jednoduchém dávkovacím schématu zlepšuje prokazatelně compliance pacienta k léčbě, umožňuje rychlejší a účinnější nástup účinku a je spojena s nižším výskytem nežádoucích účinků.

SUMMARY

Cardiovascular diseases are the most common cause of death in the Czech Republic, and arterial hypertension contributes significantly to it. Despite our efforts, a still low percentage of hypertensive patients reaches the target values. The effectiveness of the treatment is greatly influenced by the patient's compliance. On the part of the doctor, it is then a matter of using modern treatment approaches according to the recommendations of professional societies. Fixed-dose combinations in the treatment of hypertension are a modern method of treatment in almost all stages of arterial hypertension. The use of a fixed combination in a simple dosage scheme improves the patient's compliance with treatment, allows for a faster and more effective onset of action and is associated with a lower incidence of side effects.
