SOUHRN

Diuretika mají dnes své pevné místo v terapii arteriální hypertenze. Při volbě diuretika volíme takové, které kromě antihypertenzního účinku přináší pacientovi určitý benefit navíc. Nejvhodnější jsou metabolicky neutrální či dokonce pozitivní látky. Při terapii arteriální hypertenze je často nutná kombinační terapie, a to nejlépe ve formě fixních kombinací ke zlepšení compliance pacientů. V současné době jsou k dispozici dvojči trojkombinační fixní terapie. Molekulou, která splňuje prakticky všechny tyto aspekty, je indapamid.

SUMMARY

Nowadays diuretics have a solid place in the therapy of arterial hypertension. While choosing a diuretic we choose one that in addition to the antihypertensive effect brings some benefit to our patient. Ideally, they are metabolically neutral or even positive. In therapy of arterial hypertension, combination therapy is often necessary and ideally to improve the compliance of our patients in the form of fixed combinations. In these days two or three-combination fixed therapy is available. The molecule, that practically meets all these aspects, is indapamide.
